You pay only to open letters received from the ladies. Ladies open letters from men for free.

Men pay for opening letters from ladies by first purchasing credits and then applying credits to each opened letter. Number of credits needed to open each letter varies. 

You need to be a registered member to take advantage of the site's facilities and to reply to the messages from the ladies. As a guest you can only browse profiles. Members also get access to a more detailed search facility and lots of other benefits.
To become a member simply place your profile and photos on our website and receive responses from women who are interested in you. 

You have to pay for reading messages from ladies, or chat communication. Also you have to pay if you order your woman a present from our “gifts list” which you can find in section “Services”

For everything you need to purchase credits. Registering a profile, searching our database and viewing other members’ profiles, sending smiles is for free. 

You can purchase credits online with the help of your credit card or other payments. You can find out about them more in the section “Payment Options”

It depends on the amount you buy:  

It depends on several factors. First of all it depends on the number of men a woman has communication with: the more men she is writing to, the more expensive her letters will be to open. Second of all it depends on her English skills and whether she needs translation of the letters. Thirdly, if the lady has no Internet access at home and has to use a computer at her local dating agency, this will raise the cost, as well.

In order to contact a woman directly you should have her permission first of all. There are 2 ways to get contact information of the lady you like. The first one is to exchange at least 15 letters with her. That means 15 two-way exchanges, so you need to open at least 15 fee-paying letters from this particular woman (a lady's letters are free until you write to her for the first time, and we do not count free letters). This way is preferable because 15 letters is just enough to get to know the woman and see if she is truly interested in you.

If you don't want to wait until opening 15 letters, you may use our expedited service. This means paying an administrative fee of $50 (for each woman's info).  So we will contact the woman you have chosen and try to obtain her permission on giving you direct contact information. If she does not give us her permission, we cannot give you her direct contact information, and the administrative fee is refundable.

Please note that exchanging personal contact information through our messaging system is not allowed, even if you do have 15 opened messages from a lady.

You can certainly order any gift to your lady using our “Services” section.

No, you are not allowed to send attachments with your letters. 

Yes, we guarantee full protection of your identity and privacy.
We lead strict anti-scam policy and check every lady. Our local agencies' staff keeps this process under control and will never allow the women to ask for money. It's very difficult for a woman to scam through us and also very difficult for an agent to write bogus letters as they can be caught out.
