Men pay for opening letters from ladies by first purchasing credits and then applying credits to each opened letter. Number of credits needed to open each letter varies.

Step 2. Browse through the profiles of Ukrainian brides.
Step 3. Send FREE smiles to the ladies and receive their smiles or letters in return.
A "smile" is a quick "Hi" message with a link back to your profile which indicates to a member that you are interested in her.
Step 4. Send letters to the ladies with whom you feel mutual attraction.
Ladies who have internet access receive your messages instantly. Some of our clients do not have internet access and your letters would be delivered to her either by phone or be domestic mail. It would take some time. Her response will be delivered in the same way right into your mail box on our website. You will receive notification of each message received.
If you receive a response from a lady, to open it you need to purchase credits ($1-$2 per credit depending on the quantity of credits you purchase). Number of credits needed to open a letter varies. The majority of our women know English language, and you can correspond with them for a very low price, but those who don’t know the language need translation service and the price would be different.

Step 5. Get real for each other, start a live communication
Step 6. Once you have established a conversation with a lady you like or few ladies, it's time to think about personal meeting. We would be glad to help you in arranging your first meeting. Most of the women won't be able to obtain a visa to come to your country, so the meeting is usually arranged in Ukraine, Kiev. Let us take care of everything.
Once you have met in person and if you both want to take it further, the next step would be to apply for her "fiancee" visa. On this type of visa she would be able to come to your country and stay for a certain period of time (for US it's 90 days). If you get married during this period, she can stay in your country indefinitely. If you don't get married, she has to go back to her home country.
If you choose not to use our service to arrange your meeting with the lady, you can ask for her direct contact information, either email or telephone number.
Step 7. There are 2 ways to get contact information of the lady you like. The first and most popular one is to exchange at least 15 letters with her. That means 15 two-way exchanges, so you need to open at least 15 fee-paying letters from this particular woman (a lady's letters are free until you write to her for the first time, and we do not count free letters). This way is preferable because 15 letters is just enough to get to know the woman and see if she is truly interested in you.
If you don't want to wait until opening 15 letters, you may use our expedited service. This means paying an administrative fee of $50 (for each woman's info). So we will contact the woman you have chosen and try to obtain her permission on giving you direct contact information. If she does not give us her permission, we cannot give you her direct contact information, and the administrative fee is refundable. Expedited service works quickly, but we would not recommend it. 15 letters really let you know the girl better. No letters or next to no letters do not give you the full picture - you will not be sure of her intentions and whether she wants to communicate with you directly outside of the service. You cannot apply for the expedited service if you haven't opened at least one paid letter from the woman whose contact details you wish to obtain.
Step 8. If anything does not work with the lady you have chosen previously our manager will assist you in arranging as many meetings as you wish with other ladies from our database.
